RPMs for Suse 10.0, 10.1 and openSUSE 10.2 are available from Rauch Christian in his Repository for i586, i686 and x86_64.

These repositories can be added to your system using Smart(choose the right repository for your version!):

smart channel --add ftp://ftp.rauchs-home.de/suse/10.0/suser-crauch.repo
smart channel --add ftp://ftp.rauchs-home.de/suse/10.1/suser-crauch.repo
smart channel --add ftp://ftp.rauchs-home.de/suse/10.2/suser-crauch.repo

Additional requirements for GnuCash can be found at Packman. This is the content of a repo-file for use with smart and the packman-repository:
