Derek Atkins
Warlord is really the handle of Derek Atkins, one of the core developers of GnuCash. If you use the GnuCashBusinessFeatures then you're using his code. In addition to his role as a core developer, he also maintains the server that runs GnuCashSvn (the subversion source repository), GnuCashLists (the email lists and archives), and GnuCashWiki (what you're looking at now).
You can usually find Derek on GnuCashIRC along with many other core developers and users.
