09:52:43 <Robert847> Hello. I just noticed that in release 5.11, scheduled transactions that previouslly contained carriage returns and or linefeeds in the note fields in previous releases (specifically 4.8 in my experience) no longer have them. Granted, some text is harder to see if the characters are there, but I kind of liked that. Is that intentional or an accident from some other change?

16:56:12 <laurent> Hi I've made up a .csv file with french official accounting structure for business called PCG (Plan comptable général) many people could be interested in. Where could I post it to let them download it ?

17:32:03 <Sherlock> @tell warlord Never mind. The use of the api key appears to only apply to the rest api.

17:56:36 <chf> @tell laurent Best would be to convert it to the account template format Gnucash uses; in this case it could be distributed directly with all new Gnucash releases, and would even be available to users of other free programmes (like Kmymoney, as I've heard). Especially if your CSV file contains the PCG as a whole (and not just some parts you personally need), this is the best approach.
17:56:36 <gncbot> chf: The operation succeeded.
18:02:24 <chf> @tell laurent If you need assistance: I'be done that for 2 german templates (for "real estates" and non-profits [Datev SKR49]), you can find som help in the Gnucash Wiki. If you need further help, send e-mail to "christoph AT alte-pflasterei DOT de" (I can read french ["normal", non-accountant french at least]).
18:02:24 <gncbot> chf: Error: "Datev" is not a valid command.

21:37:12 <Sherlock> @tell chf Laurent would need to post something for the gncbot to trigger the tell.
