07:54:40 <moop> hi. is it possible to set the current id on a book via either python or scheme? preferably via a startup hook. basically what I'm trying to accomplish is to get something akin to date based invoice numbers. set the current invoice id to (say) 20250210000000 and let gnucash count up until I quit.
07:55:01 <moop> if I can do this for invoice numbers I'd love to do this for customer numbers, also. :)
08:07:56 <moop> failing that, would I be able to fire up a python script, set the current invoice id and then run gnucash? :) Usin 5.10 here. also apologies for the spam. It's sleep time here so I want to ask as usefully as I can manage right now :)
