04:51:53 <Kaligula> gdb on Windows didn't catch the crash for me, and `bt full` responded with "No stack". I'm gonna run it on Linux VM, but according to instructions https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Stack_Trace#Debug_symbol_information I have to make sure I have gnucash-dbg – but I neither can istall nor find that.
04:52:06 <Kaligula> Is this still an actual thing?

06:28:51 <Kaligula> Wel, I did it wrong in Windows…
07:00:22 <Kaligula> I got the backtrace in Windows. Is this normal that there are `C:/gcdev64/gnucash/stable/src/gnucash-git/…` and `C:/gcdev64/msys2/mingw32/…` paths, although I ran gnucash from `C:\Program Files (x86)\gnucash\bin\gnucash.exe` ?

07:01:12 <Kaligula> The issue must be with something specifically on my PC. Because the same file opens and saves normally on my laptop.

07:35:05 <Kaligula> In Windows Sandbox I also have problems with saving. In Linux VM the file saves normally.
07:47:59 <Kaligula> these paths are in the backtrace even if I change the name of the folder C:\gcdev64 to e.g. C:\gcdev64.bak
07:48:17 <Kaligula> (The backtrace still shows paths "C:\gcdev64\…"
07:49:21 <Kaligula> Should I post at Bugzilla? Would it be easier?

13:42:09 <warlord> fell, re: "https://lists.gnucash.org/still shows a MASTER branch." --- URL, please?
13:42:40 <warlord> fell, is the name pactpub? I'm not sure how to search for that, actually.
13:44:18 <warlord> Looks like it is "packtpub". I see correspondence from 2010-2012.. Trying to figure out how to track payments.
13:49:08 <warlord> Looking at the paypal account, I can only "search" back to April 10, 2021, and it's not finding anything.
13:58:15 <warlord> fell, I'm doing more searching but cannot find records of those payments.

14:51:02 <fell> warlord, jralls removed the packtpub advertising. Seems OK then.
14:52:01 <fell> In https://lists.gnucash.org/ left bottom
14:53:24 <fell> In the future it will become 'future'
14:55:37 <fell> but currently there is only STABLE

16:17:20 <fell> Right, warlord. Are there any reasons, why in the program the dialogs for tax table and billing terms use plural? IMHo both are one table with several entries-
16:19:49 <warlord> "Billing Terms" is the English phrase, even if you have only one.
16:20:10 <warlord> As for Tax Table, yes, "Table" is singular, and "Tables" is plural.
16:20:18 <warlord> But the code is designed to support multiple tables.
16:25:02 <fell> In which way? I have had a long list: {Sales|Purchase}-{DE|EU|export}-{full|reduced}

16:33:24 <fell> I could also have an enty Atlanta-sales with x% Atlanta and y% Georgia accounts affected.
16:42:36 <warlord> Right, but the point is that you could have multiple tables.
16:42:48 <warlord> (and each table could have multiple entries)
