13:13:23 <jralls> fell, I figured it out by renaming both zh_CN and zh_TW mo files, clearing cache, and reloading. No change. Renamed po/zh_*.po. cleared and reloaded again, zh_CN page in English. Put the po files back, page partly in Chinese. Renamed just zh_TW.po, page in English. So it's ignoring the zh_CN file.

13:55:40 <jralls> fell, if I change externals/header.phtml line 42 to $locale == 'zh_CN' ? 'zh-Hans' : 'zh-Hant' then (with zh_TW.po and both .mo still hidden) the Chinese translations are restored but still with the new strings untranslated and the space in the wiki href.
