11:25:05 <gncbot> gjanssens: Sent 1 day, 17 hours, and 10 minutes ago: <fell> I have a problem to merge my recent changs from docs:maint into master. I thought git would recognize the rename dance, but despite 'merge.renamelimit=3000' it does not.
11:27:25 <gjanssens> fell: when I try to merge the current maint into master, I get only one merge conflict that can't be merged automatically using kdiff3.
11:29:20 <gjanssens> It's about line in ch_invest.xml where master has renamed gnucash-help to gnucash-guide and in the same line you have changed 'https://www.gnucash.org/docs/v&series-stable;' to '&url-docs;'
11:29:50 <gjanssens> That's a genuine merge conflict that needs manual intervention. All other conflicts are handled with no issue by kdiff3
11:30:50 <gjanssens> Note I have configured kdiff3 as git's mergetool. So each time I get merge conflicts after running 'git merge', I do 'git mergetool' which will open kdiff3 for each and every conflicting file. Very handy.
