22:12:28 <milesrout> im having trouble with fractional values. i purchased some shares and the cost is recorded by the broker as a transaction fee of 0.12438 NZD, but when I try to enter this as a commission expense in GNUcash it insists on rounding to 0.12. I have the smallest fraction on the commission expense account set to 1/10000 and it doesnt seem to help

22:13:56 <milesrout> the 'fraction traded' field for the NZD security is 1/100, which makes sense for normal transactions (and I certainly wouldn't want 4 or 5 decimal places for normal accounting purposes) but for this particular account and share transactions in general i'd like to have more precision
