11:37:47 <izwebusr> I can't get GnuCash to import consistently. With CSV, I get the frequent behavior that GnuCash will merge many transactions into one with many splits. With QIF, the importer will always add the default account as one line of the transaction, even if with value zero.

17:58:45 <izwebusr> GnuCash is a great accounting package but getting help and information is very, very difficult. I respectfully suggest you set up a forum where users can interact. Mailing lists and IRC are not a good solution for most users.

18:14:41 <SM-JM> chris Just figured it out, so apparently the file attachment info is stored as a slot (i.e. in the slot table) so I'm thinking I'd create an entry in the slot table with the object guid with the name "assoc_uri" and I should be good (I looked at the sql file in DB Brower and got the info). I'll do some testing later one to see if its workable
