09:06:42 <finster> hello all. using gnucash 4.10 on macos 11.6.5 (intel). when using custom reports for expenses, the report apparently does not pick up newly created subaccounts from the expenses account hierarchy, despite the report being configured to use all subaccounts. is this desired behaviour?
09:06:42 <gncbot> finster: Sent 2 weeks, 4 days, 21 hours, and 13 minutes ago: <jralls> why would you think that, considering that the latest commit shown at the top of the page is 19 days ago?

14:13:23 <jralls> finster: I don't know about intended, but that's the way it works. The account selector in options creates a list of accounts, not a rule for selecting accounts. If you create new accounts that you want to add to the report you have to rerun options.
