13:03:48 <jralls> chris, Keep in mind that operators new and delete are the C++ equivalents of malloc and free. It would actually be cleaner for KvpFrame to have a std::vector<KvpValue> instead of std::vector<KvpValue*>. That would enable the std::vector to manage the memory; it could still hand out KvpValue* but setters would have to take KvpValu&& and arranging that from C would be tricky.
13:06:12 <jralls> bzbarsky, the change is that in 4.5 the font settings in the stylesheet were ignored. That was fixed in 4.6. Stylesheet customizations are written out when the book is saved.
