21:17:24 <jralls> fell, util/ci contains the CI for the Arch Linux and macOS tests run by github actions. You're confusing the generic CI, which stands for continuous integration, with TravisCI, a service that runs CI pipelines.

21:20:44 <jralls> Sort of. Arch is run in a Docker, a sort-of-VM similar to flatpak, that runs in whatever native Linux implementation Azure uses.
