11:56:01 <jralls> fell, Right, a 30 minute difference so a 1 hour push-up is enough to escape the transition problem. chris was concerned about the supposed 2-hour DST in England during WWII, but it turned out that that was done in separate transitions so a 1-hour push-up is good.
