08:29:17 <TJ-> gjanssens: as far as we can tell the docs aren't in the bundle. I manually built the HMTL docs, put them in a TAR, moved them to the Mac, extracted to ~/gnucash-docs/html/ and now Help button brings them up in the browser

11:40:04 <AdrienM> tell TJ-, docs are in the bundle at /Contents/Resources/xx.lproj where 'xx' is a locale code. 'en' for English in my case. I only see 5 languages there, though: German, English, Italian, Japanese, & Portuguese.
