12:41:43 <warlord> Again, I see no reason to do that. VAT entries in an AP account shouldn't be part of any owner reports, so I still don't see a reason to look in the opposite account type for the owner-type.

12:49:02 <warlord> Sounds like there are multiple bugs. One: the report should not have pulled in AP account(s) for a Customer Report. Two: it sounds like the report is skipping accounts. Three: The user should not have used an AP account for VAT collection.
