08:54:10 <dnbNcoffee> so I am back. clean install of deb-buster with LxQt. I tried to build from source and the gnucash file in /opt/gnucash/bin doesn't want to execute on its own. the system asks for an app to open it with. am I doing something wrong? am I skipping over some fundamental step ?
