18:40:27 <TownsendHardware> Warlord, we've nearly fixed our blunder, but it uncovered a behavior I need to ask you about. Clicking on a pre-payment and clicking "OK" creates a refund in the bank account (which makes sense, there was no balancing bill). So we deleted all the refunds, which restored the pre-payment items in the Process Payment window. We then started matching payments with bills.
18:42:34 <TownsendHardware> When we completed the process for 2019 we discovered a $1.35 refund owing (meaning we'd overpaid somewhere along the line). This was great because it matched the vendor's billing statement. So we clicked "OK." We saw what we expected to see: a pre-payment of $1.35. What we didn't expect to see was a Bill, automatically created, for $1.35, which gets in the way of everything balancing. Is that a bug?
