10:11:57 <warlord> gjanssens, FYI, the flatpak (maint) build has failed for the past 2 nights.
10:13:00 <warlord> uglyoldbob, There isn't a "debug" version, per se.. If you're knowledgeable enough to use the debugger, we assume you can build it yourself. And windows doesn't come with a program debugger by default. You CAN turn on a higher log level to get more output.

12:33:56 <gjanssens> warlord, uglyoldbob: each nightly build should have the debug symbols available, at least for the gnucash code that is - not for all dependencies
12:34:34 <gjanssens> So if you get gnucash to crash in gdb, you can have gdb generate a backtrace which should ideally give us more hints

14:36:27 <fell> You could try a windows nightly: https://code.gnucash.org/builds/win32/maint/?C=M;O=D
14:45:13 <fell> Warlord; there is also no log for https://code.gnucash.org/builds/flatpak/build-logs/maint/2019-11/?C=M;O=D
14:47:15 <warlord> fell, I just received a build error email for the past 2 nights.. The email doesn't give me any other info. If there is no log, then that means something failed earlier in the build and the rsync was never reached? gjanssens ??
14:50:03 <fell> I would prefer, the log would be uploaded also, if build fails.
14:52:04 <warlord> fell, that would be something to fix within build_package.sh, which is part of the git repo.
14:52:26 <warlord> My code just does: $flatpakdir/build_package.sh -r $branch >/dev/null 2>&1 || my_die "flatpak build of $branch died"
14:52:49 <warlord> and, of course, if maint dies, it never gets to master.
14:53:20 <fell> Yes, that is the currently desired order.
14:55:13 <warlord> Sure, but... I could change it to build all branches, even if one of them fails.. (and then let me know that one failed).
15:00:29 <Mechtilde> Even though I could only now activate PSD2 in GnuCash for myself, thanks to all to make it possible. Iwill also post it to the German list and for aqbanking

16:55:46 <chris> jralls cancelling the stylesheet editor seems to set focus to main window -- even if the stylesheet chooser is still top-most window, pressing UP/DOWN moves the register.

17:05:21 <chris> in Windows (a recent nightly) is even weirder - opening ss-editor shows the window is *underneath* ss-chooser -- keyboard belongs to ss-editor. pressing <ESC> or cancel closes ss-editor and sends focus to ss-chooser.
