13:40:10 <jralls> warlord, gjanssens: The windows build is done from the tarball. I change the tarball version in gnucash-on-windows, push it, log into the VM, and click the "Make a Release" icon.
13:41:29 <jralls> This has the substantial advantage over the old automatic tag-tracking arrangement that if the build fails for some reason other than a problem with GnuCash I can fix it and launch again without having to screw around with the tag file.
