01:11:42 <Aussie_matt> hi all. I have a gnucash file that I've been using, and its fine. My wife starting to get interested in setting her stuff up also, but shes new to accounting. Can I setup gnucash on her machine, and when shes got the hang of it, import her file into mine, or do I just let her loose on my file to start with?

21:34:32 <adel4> Hi, my question is about the budget feature. How should I record payment of loans or credit card balances? I'm making a cash budget. What I would do is subtract those payments from the preliminary balance, but I don't see that feature in GnuCash.
21:37:04 <adel4> I guess I could create expense accounts for that, but I wonder if there's another way.
