18:15:24 <warlord> fell: there you go
18:15:42 <fell> Thanks!
18:16:00 <fell> You are still traveling?
18:16:55 <warlord> Just got back.
18:17:43 <fell> It was nice?
18:20:24 <warlord> Yes, it was, thank you. spent 2 days at the beach.
18:23:49 <fell> If you have some spare time in the future, we should update the wiki capcha module. The current is no longer working.
18:24:27 <fell> And remove the 2. email confirmation.
18:24:32 <warlord> fell: I'll add it to my to-do list.
18:24:40 <warlord> I'm not sure why there is a double email confirmation...
18:24:50 <warlord> Gotta run for a bit.
18:25:27 *** yuriks has joined #gnucash
18:29:26 <fell> It was one of the first steps, to protect the wiki. Later we activated the confirmation-by-admin stuff, which includes already an email confirmation.

19:23:11 <fell> When the bot diappeared yesterday, code was slow for some time, but always connected.

19:25:52 <fell> Robert847; ISTR I read about a similar issue recently, so you might search the mailinglists.
19:26:10 <Robert847> well I have a pastebin account, but it seems that I cannot past a .png file so I will have to go back to text ...
19:27:30 *** bertbob has joined #gnucash

19:35:47 <Robert847> that is about the errormessage that I have not seen before and I cannot figure out how to fix it. This is in Getdeb Release 2.6.17 in Ubuntu 16.04. The message popped up when I tried to save a change to a scheduled transaction and the wording is"Invalid Account in Split" "Split with memo has an invalid account"
19:42:42 <warlord> Robert847: which error?
19:52:10 <Robert847> Invalid Account in Split" "Split with memo has an invalid account"
19:54:03 <Robert847> After messing around some more it seems to appear after adding an additional split memo temporarily to keep some text handy while editing other lines, then deleting that extra memo before saving the edit
19:54:54 <Robert847> apparently that extra memo oes not get completely deleted?????
19:57:48 <Robert847> then I cannot figure out how to save the edited SX
19:58:41 <warlord> Hmm, sounds like an easy fix -- don't make an extra split ;)
20:00:17 <Robert847> This is like the Golden Rings problem. I need an extra place to keep one of two strings that I want to swap
20:01:07 <Robert847> To go outside of the edit is extra steps
20:02:21 <warlord> What's an extra cut-buffer between friends?
20:05:06 <Robert847> Anyway, I was trying to delete the extra split before saving. That should still work, shouldn't it? If I want to delete an existing split by deleting the memo and the account and whatever amount was in that line would I get that same error?
20:07:49 <Robert847> or do I need to delete an invisible account that I didn't know was created when I placed text in the extra split line before deleting the memo???
20:10:39 <Robert847> I have used the extra memo box that many times before in older releases, usually on Windows machines and never seen that error when I deleted the memo before saving the edited SX
20:13:21 <Robert847> I should not re-write my comments half way through if I am going to fail to clean up all the extra words. ignore the word 'that' in my previous comment
20:14:38 <arahael> I just tried to build gnucash on macos... What version of cmake do I need? (I have cmake version 3.11.0)
20:16:04 <arahael> In particular, I have the following error (which doesn't really appear to have much context): Unknown CMake command "gnc_add_swig_guile_command".
20:22:03 <luc14n0> the apple minimum version is 3.3.2
20:22:59 <arahael> luc14n0: Is 3.11.0 too new, then?
20:24:36 <luc14n0> I don't think so, openSUSE builds it ok with cmake 3.10.3.
20:25:06 <arahael> Hmm, will look into it later.
20:25:24 <arahael> Maybe there's a silent error earlier up in the cmake process.
