See (gnc:make-date-option) changes. But this is a crutch - ideally we want the make-date-option setter to provide a time64 instead of timepair - I can't find the setter code in scheme.

If you compile my branch you'll see that transaction.scm can run however the dialog cannot handle the time64 option and reverts to 01/01/1970. I think we'll need to recruit gjanssens to find wherein the code is the dialog retrieving the date, expecti
