07:28:58 <DavidB> Apparently something has changed in the date/datetime treatment. I use Postgresql as the storage and have custom reports from the database. The same reports were used over years without touching its source, GC usage routines still the same. Now, they have started countnng transactions from 1/11/2015 to the period of 10/2015

09:38:10 <warlord> DavidB: the filtering is probably due to the same thing -- it is based on the DateTime, and chooses midnight, which of course is wrong. Please file a bug report.
