14:09:40 <jralls> warlord: The wiki's create user function creates users OK but they don't have the necessary rights to edit, so Buddha Buck (Blaisepascal on the wiki) and doncram have accounts but can't actually do anything with them. The "user rights" page that I see doesn't have controls to add the required groups, autoconfirmed users and emailconfirmed.
