Apparently there is an issue with email confirmation if you use a + in your account name. He was reporting an error, but I didn't see any errors in the logs. But he couldn't confirm his original account.

12:14:04 <jralls> hub: Known issue, unfortunately. Gtk2 supports HiDPI only on Macs and that only works because Apple deals with it at a low level that can be enabled by a setting in the app description file.

12:16:47 <jralls> hub: You can try messing with your theme settings a bit. Jacking up the font size will help. We haven't generated the high-res icons, nor has Gtk (Gtk3 switched to using svg icons directly), so they'll still be too small.
