12:38:39 <jralls> warlord: There is no "Exchange Rate Dialog", only the "Transfer Dialog", on which exchange-rate queries use the bottom half since the user has already provided what the top half needs. The point was that he needed to be told tu use the amount field and let GnuCash calculate the price rather than the default exchange-rate field.
