14:09:18 <jason> Small issue. My unit price is 42.00 US and my tax rate at 8.1%. For some reason it is showing the subtotal as 38.85 with 3.15 in tax. It shouuld be showing the subtotal at 42 with 3.40 in tax. How can I fix this?

14:50:43 <xxapvxx> I am trying to remotely help someone install gnucash. She is running into a corrupt installer message upon launch of the setup file. I was wondering if anyone else had ran into this? I had her redownload twice to the same outcome.
14:54:40 <xxapvxx> Meanwhile I removed downloaded and reinstalled on my end and everything worked great. So I do understand that it is NOT really something wrong with the download itself. Could her exceptionally crappy ISP somehow be the problem...again? The download seems to be completing error free just slow
14:56:10 <jralls> That would be unusual. Internet downloads are generally error-correcting. A security setting is more likely. Sounds like she's on Windows. What version?
