06:00:39 <JoTraGo> Warlord - Picking up on Friday's discussion. For Accounts Payable and Bills Outstanding I have got the "Assign Payment" to work nicely. I Use the Bills Due and Lots Viewer to identify the outstanding bills. The Process Payment Dialog shows the single Large "Pre-Payment" which covers several invoices. Using the dates I find the Tx in AP, and there I can right click > Assign as Payment > Payment Dialog > Ctrl&Select the 6 invoices covered by the payment.
06:00:39 <JoTraGo> Result: the Bills instantly disappear from Bills Due, and Lots view. { It's really cool how GC works in real time like that. most apps you would have to refresh or re-open the dialogs } When I open the vendor report the balances have gone from the "Days Outstanding" exaclty what I was trying to achieve. Hopefully this will now happen automatically in the future now that I have set the "process Payments on Posting" option for Invoices & Bills. Thanks for
