09:43:35 <BossOfTheButtons> Are there any actual humans here that speak for gnucash? As many times as I've asked questions here, they just seem to drift off into cyberspace unheard and unanswered.

11:51:05 <boilthreetimes> there is at least one other person here, but i can't answer your question
11:51:36 <boilthreetimes> if you have to leave before your question gets an answer, you can check the logs
11:51:39 <boilthreetimes> http://lists.gnucash.org/logs/
11:59:32 <fell> @tell BossOfTheButtons The project is volunteer driven. you should stay longer to get an answer: http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/FAQ#Q:_How_do_I_use_variables_and_formula_in_scheduled_transactions.3F and http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Scheduled_Transactions.

12:32:54 <jralls> gjanssens: Trunk build OK this morning, so all’s well on that front.
12:34:23 <jralls> But does the buildbot have a custom.sh which defines __USE_MINGW_ANSI_STDIO_? I need to do that in my Win7 VM to get past the %lld formats.
12:37:14 <gjanssens> jralls: I saw the trunk build finish indeed
12:37:39 <gjanssens> There is no __USE_MINGW_ANSI_STDIO_ defined in custom.sh
12:38:40 <gjanssens> In fact it's quite minimal: in only sets MSYS_DIR (c:\\msys\\1.0), REPOS_TYPE (git) and NO_SAVE_PROFILE (yes)

12:57:28 <jralls> @tell gjanssens Hmm. I wonder why it doesn’t trip over the %llds then.

14:55:24 <amjam> fell: oh cool!
14:55:56 <amjam> I am slowly learning how to do accounting and learn gnucash. I hope, by the end of the year, I can start contributing to GnuCash. So sorry in advance for all the dumb questions to come.
14:56:35 <amjam> Making a cli front-end to gnucash would maybe be cool. ledger-cli doesn't seem very powerful, and i took a look at the source on github. It's in C++ and absolutely massive for how little it does.
