18:38:36 <john> On my laptop, looking at the page loaded this morning, my deletion of "User:IngeborgZ" is displayed as 22:15, but when I reloaded the page just now on my desktop to get the URL to paste in, it shows as being at 14:19. IIRC I actually did it at 07:19 PDT, so the new time is GMT.
