So you will need to rebalance the transaction as well as re-adding the appropriate transfer account(s). Is it still a Split Txn? If not then you can just collapse and enter as a Basic.

I recently enabled trading accounts and suspect this might be related but am not sure. When I generate a Balance Sheet report for even just the single Trading:CURRENCY:EUR account it shows no values.
