12:52:15 <hoffie> i.e. typing something which results in auto-completion sometimes (maybe 3 tries out of 20) moves the cursor to the end of the autocompleted word instead of staying where it was. this is ... a bit annoying. does anyone have any idea how to track down this problem? :)

15:47:43 <hoffie> hrm, not much luck until now. throwing in some printf()s reduced the occurence of the problem. probably really a race condition. i'll continue debugging next week and report it to bugzilla/the ML in case i'll find something
