11:00:45 <candyflip> kpreid: i figured that.. but I also figured the warning was in place for a reason.. wouldn't it mess up the "starting balance" on the next reconciliation?
11:01:17 <candyflip> i've used MS Money in the past, and changing a reconciled transaction could mess up starting balances
11:01:20 <kpreid> you can always reconcile it after you changed it... but actually, I don't really know how that'll work out
11:07:14 <candyflip> thanks for the help folks.. it's not a big risk so I'll go for it. I'll just adjust all balances using the equities account, reconcile going forward to get the current amounts right, then later backfill old statements when I have the extra time
