19:53:19 <jsled> That dialog has no affordance for it, but if you click in the balance *cell*, it should change ot a text entry, allowing you to enter an opening balance.

20:01:32 <jsled> But if it's a placeholder account, you won't be able to … by definition, placeholder accounts don't have transactions, and thus don't have balances, opening or otherwise.
