13:15:59 <jsled> The transaction will be between {Income:Rental} and (say) {Assets:Bank of Example:Checking}.
13:16:37 <jsled> Don't worry about "credits" and "debits" too much, because they can be really non-intuitive in double-entry. Just make the account values change in the "right" direction. :)
